Ekhart Tolle Quote:

This caught my eye today...

"If you can be absolutely comfortable with not knowing who you are, then what’s left is who you are—the being behind the human. A field of pure potentiality rather than something that is already defined. Give up defining yourself—to yourself and to others. You won’t die—you’ll come to life."
Ekhart Tolle

I think its great practice.

Excellent quote! I find there is a tendency even to do this in the practice of yoga. I am an "Iyengar Yogi" I practic Ashtanga, if you're into Hot Yoga it isn't real yoga, etc., etc., etc. The ego can creep in just about anywhere. Are you familiar with Ray Long's work on anatomy and asana? check out his new blog, launched last week! www.DailyBandha.com
Hope to see you there
